At the center of Kipos is a love for Greece. Its culture, food, lifestyle, family values and history are something we try to emulate and honor at Kipos. We believe everyone should be able to enjoy Greek food and specifically authentic Athenian street food no matter where you are. The mission is simple. To bring authentic Greek street food to Seattle, in a modern comfortable setting. To create a place for people to gather and share experiences with food at the center of them. To make everything from scratch, to not sell processed foods and cut corners. To bring the Greek passion for food here.

At Kipos, we take seriously the duty and honor to represent Greek food correctly and honestly. All our menu items have been carefully curated and are things you would find if you were eating on the streets of Athens. We offer the ability for guests to customize their plates for their specific tastes without compromising on the product. We believe this commitment to authenticity is what sets us apart.
